This comprehensive and flexible online course prepares candidates for the ICorr Coating Inspector Level 3 examination. It is designed for candidates worldwide with at least 3 years of coating inspection experience at Level 2. The course also includes an additional module focused on Marine and Offshore Coatings.

Level 3 personnel have demonstrated the following:
Competence in interpreting and evaluating inspection or test results based on established documentation.
Expertise in selecting appropriate inspection methods and tests, and contributing to the development of criteria when guidelines are not provided.
Familiarity with coating materials, fabrics, protected structures, application methods, and related fields.
The ability to provide guidance and direction to personnel at lower levels.

ICorr Level 2 Corrodere Academy students
32 hours of online study, complemented by a 1-day online advanced practical workshop and concluding with a 1-day online final examination.
New Corrodere Academy students
72 hours of online study, complemented by a 1-day online advanced practical workshop and concluding with a 1-day online final examination.
Certificate/Qualification
ICorr Level 3 Coating Inspector Certificate of Achievement, valid for 5 years.
Entry criteria
ICorr Level 2 Coating Inspection Certificate and 36 months of coating Inspection experience after Level 2 qualification.
